SHIPPING

We strive to have your items delivered as quickly and safely as possible for the minimum cost. The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. Our primary provider is Australia Post. Most orders ship within 1-3 days if in stock. We will contact you immediately if there is any unexpected delay. You should expect to receive your items within 3-10 days, but this will be dependent on the location and product.

RETURNS

Products can be returned to us 30 days after purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact. Please provide the proof of purchase for any returns.

It is the customers responsibility to organise shipping for all non-warranty returns. These postage charges are not refundable.

WARRANTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please provide a photo of the fault, a return label will be sent for free return of the faulty product, a replacement will be sent immediately, the buyer is liable for the cost of the replacement until the faulty unit is returned.

If an item fails whilst in use within the Warranty Period, please provide a photo of the fault,
Customer must return the unit at their cost. Upon receipt the return will be assessed. If unit is faulty, a replacement will be sent out. At Green Garden Shop’s cost.
If unit is not deemed faulty: The unit is to be returned at the customer's cost

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
